My stay at W Brisbane had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right near the city. However, I found some issues with my room and the dining options, which didn't quite live up to the luxurious vibes I expected.
Rooms

I was a bit disappointed with the room. Although it had a beautiful view, I encountered several issues like the touch lighting being difficult to control and the minibar not functioning properly. It felt frustrating, especially for the price I paid.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and eager to help, but service could be slow at times. I felt that they could have done better in providing information about local dining options or activities.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect for exploring the city, within walking distance to Suncorp Stadium and other attractions. It really suited my needs for a mini city break.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining options a bit hit or miss. The breakfast at Three Blue Ducks was delicious but the rest of the menu felt rather overpriced and didn't meet my expectations.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, but the pool area felt overcrowded. I also noticed a lack of amenities in the room, like no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall luxury experience.

My stay at the W Brisbane was fantastic overall, but there were a few areas for improvement. The room was spacious and luxurious, making me feel right at home. However, I was a bit disappointed that the mineral vitality pools didn't open until later in the morning, which made it tough for early risers like me. Still, the attentive staff and gorgeous amenities made my experience nice.

My room was modern, spacious, and clean, with a stunning view overlooking South Bank. I particularly loved the luxurious bathroom complete with a big bathtub and a double shower, which felt just like home. The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice treat to wake up to each morning.

The service was very friendly and attentive. Every staff member I interacted with was warm and willing to help. The concierge, Olivia, was especially excellent, always ready with great suggestions and a smile.

The hotel's position in the CBD is perfect, with plenty of dining options around. However, parking could be an issue, as it was kind of limited. I loved how convenient it was to explore the city from here.
Dining

I didn't try the hotel's dining options much since there are so many places nearby, but what I did order for in-room dining was fresh and delicious. I definitely want to check out more of the food options next time I visit.
Facilities

The amenities were impressive, particularly the mineral pools and the spa, which looked inviting. But, I was a bit bummed they opened later in the morning, as I wanted to use them early in the day. The sauna and steam room were also nice, but a couple's area would have been ideal.

I stayed in a Fabulous room on a high floor with gorgeous views of the Story Bridge and Brisbane River. it was modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The electronic features, like the blackout curtains, created a cozy atmosphere for sleeping. However, the bathroom design had some quirks that might not be for everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at W Brisbane, with its unique design and luxurious vibe. While the service was mostly excellent, particularly at the restaurant and with valet, there were moments of inconsistency that could improve the overall experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I really enjoyed the comfortable suite, even if the bathroom had some quirks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I'll remember fondly.

The suite had a stunning view and was beautifully styled, though the bathroom could use some updates. The bed was comfortable, and my request for memory foam pillows was met. I appreciated the modern aesthetic, even if the bathroom features were a bit unconventional.

Most of the staff were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth, although I did experience some inconsistencies during check-in regarding charges. However, the room service was great, and the valet team was friendly and efficient.

The vibrant atmosphere is stylish, though it may not suit everyone. particularly for those looking for a quieter, more traditional hotel experience.
