Awesome River Views!
convenient parking swift check-in good food
I loved the convenient valet parking upon arrival. The check-in process was swift and efficient! I found good food and beverage options readily available. The room was super comfortable, it offered me great relaxation.
I noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture. It was not a major issue, though.
Service

The concierge staff were genuinely happy to assist with directions. The room service was prompt, and the staff was able to fulfill requests efficiently! The reception team was always smiling and ready to assist.
Facilities

The pool area featured comfortable loungers and provided ample shade. The fitness center had updated equipment and offered a wide range of workout options. The spa provided various treatments in a relaxing environment. I was impressed.

wet deck pool area contemporary rooms excellent service fresh towels tea stock restocked tea coffee stock
i liked the wet deck and pool area. it was the best i have seen in a city. the rooms were contemporary. the service from the staff was excellent.
the room was not serviced after my first night. i did not get fresh towels or restocked tea. no coffee or milk was available.
